1. The Audience Survey is conducted by All We Cannot Say.
  2. The Audience Survey runs from 17th July 2018 and ends on 17th August 2018. No late entries will be accepted.
  3. There will only be 1 prize winner of an Amazon Gift Card to the value of 100 Australian dollars.
  4. The competition is open to anyone with a valid email address and subscription to Well Versed.
  5. Only entries with a unique email address and subscription to Well Versed will be included in the draw.
  6. All email addresses supplied in the Audience Survey will be automatically subscribed to the weekly e-letter, Well Versed. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubcribes automatically forfeit entry to win the prize.
  7. Your data will not be shared with any third party and will be used for internal marketing purposes only.
  8. No automated or programmatically generated entries will be considered for the draw.
  9. To be eligible for the prize individuals must complete all questions in the survey and provide a unique email address.
  10. The winner will be randomly drawn and the draw will take place on 30th August 2018.
  11. The draw will be done by using an independent online random generator (https://www.textfixer.com/tools/random-choice.php).
  12. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The prize-winner’s details may be posted on Instagram and Facebook and other media and the winner will be notified via email by no later than 2 days after the draw.
  14. If winners are not contactable within one month, the prize will be forfeited.
  15. Prizes not collected/claimed within 30 days of being won will be disposed of.
  16. By participating in this competition, the winner of the prize agree to release and hold the promoter, its agents, representatives, affiliates and service providers free of any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
  17. The prize(s) are (is) not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend competition terms as it deems fit.

Participants and winner(s) absolve the Promoter, its affiliates, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers, nominated agents and dealers from liability from any and all claims howsoever arising, including from wilful misconduct or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any such person.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or cancel the competition at its discretion, without recourse.
  21. By participating in this competition, all participants agree to be bound by these official rules. The Promoter’s decision regarding any matter arising out of the competition shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
